The Kajiado government has warned the public against making payments to people masquerading as leaders of the Keek-Onyokie community land trust in Kibiku, Ngong. Lands executive Hamilton Parseina issued a public notice on Friday. “The masqueraders have continued to defraud Kenyans by purporting to sell them the said community land,” Parseina said. “The county government is the legal trustee under the Community Land Act of 2016 of Land registration number 12418 measuring about 1,085.5 hectares, situated in Kibiko, Kajiado county,” she said. “There are also conservatory orders from the High Court prohibiting any dealings on the land in the case of Kajiado ELC petition NO.
