Kailer Yamamoto's wrist could derail him from AHL playoffs with Oilers farm team

He only played 27 AHL games this season with 10 goals and 18 points, alongside another 17 points with the Oilers. Last year, he got into nine Oilers games and just 40 with his junior Spokane Chiefs. So only 93 games over the past two seasons since the Oilers took him 22nd overall in the 2017 draft. Fortunately, Yamamoto is the only injured Condors player as they work towards their opening-round playoff series against Colorado Eagles, the Colorado Avalanche’s farm club. The farm club has eight defencemen but Samorukov and Bouchard could soak up the playoff atmosphere with the Condors.
