Mwingi’s Kaginga Academy teachers and parents yesterday celebrated after 11 pupils scored more than 400 marks in the KCPE exam. Star candidate Mitchell Mutemi (pictured) got 423 marks, which made her the best pupil in the subcounty. They urged residents to enrol their children in the school because it is one of the best performers in Kitui county. Mutemi said she was grateful to God, her teachers and parents.
