A Nairobi court has acquitted Kiambu Governor William Kabogo of ethnic contempt charges for lack of evidence. The prosecution had alleged that Kabogo insulted Opposition leader Raila Odinga and issued derogatory remarks at Thika stadium on November 25, 2015.
