KPA issues job scam alert as it announces many vacanciesThe Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) has issued a warning against fake job adverts circulating in the social media. The government agency says fraudsters are misusing its name in soliciting for many in non-existing 140 jobs targeting diploma and degree holders. Members of the public are therefore asked to ignore messages circulating on social media and other online platforms,” said KPA. In what is becoming a challenge to many job seekers, fraudsters are using social media channels to con unsuspecting Kenyans of money in exchange of employment. Several vacancies are also in the operations division, finance division, corporate services division, board and legal services division, security services department, human resources and administration and the infrastructure development division.
