Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly Speaker Asad Qaisar on Wednesday went against regulations of appointing a junior officer as the assembly secretary. According to details, the person who was appointed as assembly secretary by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader comes in at number three on the seniority list. The appointment prompted a senior officer to move the services tribunal against the act. The petitioner requested the court to suspend the notification pertaining to the appointment of the assembly secretary.
