Deputy President William Ruto has accused ODM leader Raila Odinga of lying over a car gift handed to the Kisumu Archbishop. Ruto presented the brand new Mitsubishi Pajero to Kisumu Catholic Archbishop Philip Anyolo during his installation in January.
