Lawrence Nkamasiai, 29, was murdered near his home in Narok town by unknown people on Wednesday night. Speaking to the Star on the phone on Friday, Mpatiany called for justice for the family of the young man saying fairness will only be realised if the suspects are nabbed. Mpatiany called on the police to beef up security in the town by increasing their patrols to avert more loss of lives. On Thursday, the business was paralysed in Narok town for the better part of the day after residents took to the streets to protest the murder of the surveyor. Last December, the government imposed a 10pm curfew within Narok town and its environs to curb the rising insecurity.
