Edgard Arevalo for his declaration that arrests of Negros activists were not acts of harassment. To date, the KMP said more than 100 activists and individuals have been arrested in Negros since the implementation of Memorandum Order No. Ramos noted the AFP is also planning to use some of the arrested minors and their families/guardians to build cases against the arrested activists including Lozande.
