A LACK of coordination between land alienation and development approvals is exposing the local authority to potential legal action and compensation claims, says Hannah Yeoh. If the intended use contradicts the Kuala Lumpur City Plan (KLCP), Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) finds itself in a precarious position.
