In Summary The channels conceal the identity of the concerned children but expose the identity of the parent. This beats the purpose of concealing the identity of the child(ren) as anyone who knows the parent(s) will be able to identify the child(ren). The growth of social media and the rise of citizen journalism has brought about a new level of self-disclosure that would have been unfathomable in the African continent a few decades ago.
