The provincial government has approved construction of three road projects to the newly identified tourist spots in the province. These projects include 48 kilomteres Kalam-Kumrat Road, 52 kilomteres Thal Patrak-Tori Oba Road and 14 kilomteres Thal-Jazbanda Road. The road projects will be completed under the Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Integrated Tourism (KITE) Project with the financial assistance of the World Bank. K-P government has already approved another four road infrastructure projects for different tourism spots under the KITE Project. These four road projects include widening of 24 kilomteres Thandiyani road in district Abbottabad, construction of 23 kilomtere Mankiyal-Badha Sarai Road in Swat, Construction of 45 kilomteres Shishikoh- Madaklasht Road in Chitral and construction of 35 kilomteres Supat Valley Road in Kohistan.
