OTTAWA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will attend Lunar New Year events in Vancouver Sunday on the final day of an election-style national tour intended to rekindle his connection with ordinary Canadians. A spokeswoman noted that Trudeau, during a mid-December visit to B.C., attended a town-hall meeting sponsored by Global News. In B.C., his approval rating mirrored the national trend, dropping to 56 per cent from 65 per cent. The decline in national support was most marked, according to the Reid survey, among those who identify themselves as NDP supporters. The poll suggested that a little over a third (34 per cent) of B.C.
