Justin Bieber to hold ‘special event’ with outrageous ticket prices at soon-to-be closed Bowmanville Zoo

After Instagramming a picture of himself stroking a tiger from the Bowmanville Zoo in May, Justin Bieber got into some serious hot water with animal rights group PETA. Soon after, Toronto Animal Services sent the singer a notice of violation for “exhibiting” the animal. But the zoo itself also got into some trouble, with owner Michael Hackenberger having been recently charged for animal cruelty, specifically, for brutally whipping a young tiger. In ode to the closure and to help raise money for the relocation of the animals, reports say Bieber, his siblings and father will be holding a “special event” outside the zoo on Sunday. According to DurhamRegion.com, all attendees must have a ticket including children and babies-in-arms.
