A That the Board had pushed itself into a corner by not being flexible and more accommodating when it came to the Justice (Rajendra Mal) Lodha committee's reforms... Eventually, the reforms which feature in the Justice Lodha committee's recommendations, will be implemented... I'm of the view that the Justice Lodha committee should not overplay its hand and my concerns are at many levels. If the Justice Lodha committee does that, then it would give a chance to the vultures who're lurking on the sidelines to prey... Any slip-up would also change the public mood which, so far, has supported the reforms. Your advice to those disqualified from holding office on account of the Justice Lodha committee's recommendations, which have been accepted by the Supreme Court?
