WASHINGTON—Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg underwent surgery on Friday to remove two cancerous growths on her left lung, but there is no evidence of remaining disease, the court announced. Justice Ginsburg, 85 years old, was resting comfortably and is expected to remain in the hospital a few days, the court said, adding that no further treatment is planned.
