House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) speak outside the Supreme Court on Tuesday about President Trump's health-care plans. They were already sucking wind on health care. The health insurance system is not working for people who are sick. They have insurance and are focused on their own, often crippling health care costs.
