They acquitted Enzo DeJesus Carrasco on one count of sexual assault and could not agree on a second count of sexual assault but convicted Gavin MacMillan and DeJesus Carrasco of other matters on their fourth day of deliberation. They found DeJesus Carrasco not guilty of another sexually assault that was also alleged to have happened at the bar, and were deadlocked on the alleged sex assault at his home the next morning. The jury reported that it had come to verdicts on four counts faced by MacMillan and DeJesus Carrasco but is deadlocked on two others. The owner of the College Street Bar, MacMillan, 44, and bar manager DeJesus Carrasco, 34, were charged with gang sexual assault, forcible confinement and using drugs — alcohol and cocaine — to facilitate a sexual assault. DeJesus Carrasco was charged with two additional counts of sexual assault.
