The legislator took a dig at the DP, stating that how could he claim to receive intelligence reports after Uhuru, yet the head of state overlooked him during Madaraka Day celebrations. He added that Ruto might have meant the self-declared Hustler Nation Intelligence Bureau (HNIB) operated by political strategist Dennis Itumbi. "A man who could not address Kenyans on Madaraka day at Uhuru Gardens as DP now claims he receives Intelligence reports. Ruto claimed that he received intelligence reports after Uhuru, and no other person could claim to have access to them. I get intelligence reports, right after the President receives them.
