We all have a role to play and safety must be paramount in all our activities. “We must stop singing from the ‘Never again’ hymn sheet and be proactive and preemptive rather than reactive,” She posted on her Facebook Wall. “It is our hope that the success of this project will result in its use nationwide,” She added. Hundreds also sustained varying degrees of injury leaving them with scars that will forever remind them of the unfortunate incident.
