Jukebox Hero: The Musical brings the songs of Foreigner to a Toronto stage

Musical theatre fans who “want to know what love is” have Jukebox Hero: The Musical to look forward too. The production based on the hit songs of the band Foreigner will play Toronto’s Ed Mirvish Theatre in February 2019. It will feature an all-Canadian cast and is being written by British team Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais. They’re well known on the other side of the pond for their comedy writing, particularly 1960s TV series The Likely Lads and ’70s sitcom Porridge. Jukebox Hero will be directed by Randy Johnson, known for Broadway’s A Night With Janis Joplin.
