Appeal judges have been asked to deliver the final verdict on whether the word 'Hun' when used to refer to Rangers fans is a form of abuse against Protestants. However, the sheriff appeal court rejected the arguments made by Mr Di Pinto’s lawyers. She added: "It is submitted that there is some dubiety about the meaning of the word Hun.
