Top prosecutor Hesham Barakat referred on Thursday a judge accused of killing an army conscript to the criminal court, after the approval of the Supreme Judicial Council. The judge H. F. was charged with the premeditated murder of conscript Mo'men Saad in Nasr City district, Cairo. Saad was killed when the judge from the economic court shot him in a building in Nasr City on Wednesday May 3. The judge had accused a women of theft when he saw her in the building - this woman was the conscript's fiancee. He had intervened to save his fiancee when the defendant shot him dead.
