Map of Lalmonirhat districtHigh Court Division issued the order on May 21. Albeit the Supreme Court issued a stand release order against Lalmonirhat District and Sessions Judge KM Mostakinur Rahman on May 9, the top court has suspended him over an allegation. After Eid-ul-Fitr, an investigation team will be visit Lalmonirhat to investigate the allegations against him, confirmed Lalmonirhat Deputy Commissioner Shafiul Arif. Earlier on May 9, the Law and Justice Division of Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs issued a stand release order against him. Earlier, two women – teachers of Kakina North Bengal College – filed a complaint with the apex court against the judge.
