William Kapea is not allowed to visit the Masjid Al Noor on Deans Ave, pictured, nor the Linwood Masjid after he was charged with disorderly behaviour. Kapea, 66, was arrested last week and released on bail, but allegedly turned up to the Deans Ave cordon on Saturday and caused another disturbance. When he was brought into the Christchurch District Court on Monday from the cells, he told Judge Tony Couch: "I am from the womb of God." Once Judge Couch remanded him, he asked: "Can I please go to pray at the mosque? Judge Couch replied: "The way you are alleged to have behaved is a matter of grave concern.
