High Court judge, Justice Joel Ngugi explained why he won't sue President Uhuru Kenyatta for rejecting to appoint him to the Court of Appeal. Ngugi, on Monday, June 14, stated that three cases were filed against Uhuru at the High Court in Nairobi challenging the President's decision to reject six and appoint 34 judges. The President, on Monday, June 14, rejected pleas to appoint Odunga, Ngugi and the other four judges, Weldon Korir, Aggrey Muchelule, Evans Kiago and Judith Omange. While addressing Ukambani leaders at State House, Uhuru was reported to have reiterated that the judges had integrity issues. ODM leader Raila Odinga and CJ Koome were among leaders who pressured Uhuru to appoint the six judges.
