At a press conference at Jubilee headquarters in Nairobi, Kikuyu MP Kimani Ichung’wa, senators Beatrice Elachi (nominated) and Aaron Cheruiyot (Kericho) demanded that Nasa stops using the Judiciary to block Kenyans from voting. 'UNDERMINING RIGHTSThe many cases filed either by Nasa or its “proxies”, they said, were undermining Kenyans’ rights to exercise their democratic right to vote. Nasa has moved to court. It is accusing the IEBC of failing to ensure there is complementary technology to act as backup during the elections as required by the law.
