Jubilee Appeals Tribunal will rule on the disputed results from Starehe primaries on Tuesday. Incumbent MP Maina Kamanda was declared winner last Thursday with 10,374 votes, while musician Charles Njagua, also known as Jaguar, received 8,391 votes. Jaguar disputed the results and held protests with supporters at the Jubilee headquarters on Saturday. "I want to categorically state that the tribunal has not at any time met with the parties outside the tribunal," she added. She said Jaguar and Kamanda appeared before the tribunal and Monday and they will deliver a ruling at 5.50pm on Tuesday.
