The Supreme Court noted that illegalities at Qara polling station which it said favoured the then MP or the loser. In what appeared like a change of political Landscape Ahmed Kolosh was on Friday handed Jubilee Party certificate by Deputy President William Ruto at Jubilee Party headquarters, Nairobi. Kolosh was declared the winner of 2017 General Election on an ODM ticked but has since defected to Jubilee Party. While handing him the certificate Deputy President expressed confidence that Jubilee Party will clinch the seat.
