"We had moved the nominations to Tuesday but realised that ODM will also be conducting their primaries on that date. This is the third time Jubilee Party Nairobi County nomination exercise is being rescheduled. After a bungled exercise was witnessed in the first 21 counties that were first to go to the primaries, the party moved in and came up with new dates for the exercise. Jubilee Party is feeling the heat in Nairobi County nominations especially in the gubernatorial race where two of the three candidates to have expressed interest to unseat the incumbent, Dr Evans Kidero — Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko and former Gatanga MP Peter Kenneth are embroiled in a fierce battle.
