By LILLIAN MUTAVIMore by this AuthorA Jubilee MP who unsuccessfully defended his seat during the just concluded party nominations has come out to deny claims he was leading a group of other losers to revolt against Deputy President William Ruto. The reports claim that the politicians, largely drawn from Mt Kenya, accuse the DP of interfering in the party’s nominations exercise. Further, the reports claim that the group was plotting to defect from Jubilee Party and form their own outfit. But Mr Waweru has pointed an accusing finger at the Opposition coalition — National Super Alliance (Nasa) — for the claims. The MP called upon other party aspirants who had lost to throw their weights behind the winners for Jubilee Party to secure majority seats in the August polls.
