Juan Valdez highlighted Egypt as a flagship market for the brand, particularly given its high tourist footfall. Juan Valdez forecasts it will reach 60 stores in Egypt by the end of 2028. World Coffee Portal research forecasts the market will reach 830 stores by 2027. Juan Valdez has also announced plans to open its first UAE store in Dubai in December 2023, the first of 100 planned outlets in the country.
