3 The Haqqani Network is on the top of US' list of terrorists. Mumbai attack mastermind and banned Jamaat-ud-Dawah (JuD) chief Hafiz Saeed's name was not on the list of 75 terrorists the United States had handed over to Pakistan, Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif said on Wednesday. Asif told senators during a session of the parliament's upper house that the US had "handed over a list of 75 terrorists while we gave them a list of around 100 terrorists." "The Haqqani Network is on the top of the (US) list, but none of the militants are Pakistanis", Asif told senators.
