Joyce C. Kendall, 76, of Dunkirk, IN, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023 peacefully while in the company of family members at The Waters of Dunkirk, in Dunkirk, IN. Joyce was born in Portland, IN, on February 14, 1947, a daughter of the late Ruth (McGlothen) and Howard Hamiliton. Joyce was a kind hearted, loving mother, “Mimi” to her grandchildren, and wife to the late Randolph Simpkins. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 from 4-6 PM at MJS Mortuaries - Redkey Chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to MJS Mortuaries - Redkey Chapel.
