ROBERT KITCHIN/Stuff Minister Chris Hipkins has apologised to journalist Charlotte Bellis. “Ms Bellis had not previously been offered, nor ever refused, an MIQ [managed isolation] spot.”He said her emergency application for a managed isolation spot had been “deactivated ... in error”. The managed isolation system has since been closed and quarantine requirements for people entering New Zealand have ended.
