He had been invited to speak at an event to mark the 40th anniversary of the Thammasat University massacre. However, Wong on Thursday joined a talk titled "Politics of the Young Generation" via Skype at Chulalongkorn University.Deputy police commissioner General Srivara Ransibrahmanakulhas said he there was no threat to security in Wong's skype talk as he only talked about the movement in Hong Kong. "We did not take legal action against him and the institute who hosted the event," Srivara said.
