Tod frequently goes missing; he has been declared missing at least four times this year alone, including once earlier this month. Anyone with information about Tod's whereabouts can contact the Winnipeg police's Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250. Winnipeg police are hoping the public can help them locate missing child, Joshua Tod. The 10-year-old was last seen in Winnipeg's North End on the afternoon of Friday, July 22. Police said they do not know what he might be wearing at this time.
