Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has urged Christian Eriksen to follow in Toby Alderweireld’s footsteps and commit his future to the club. Eriksen is out of contract at the end of the season and is yet to sign a new deal. There is still a high level of uncertainty surrounding Eriksen’s future at Spurs. The playmaker is about to enter into the final six months of his contract at Tottenham, with no extension in sight. He was close to leaving in the past summer transfer window, but is believed to have rejected a move to Manchester United.
