Golf agent Jay Danzi, who has represented Jordan Spieth since he turned pro during his sophomore season at the University of Texas in 2012, will leave agency Lagardère Sports USA following next month's Masters Tournament and take his prized client with him. "I feel that it’s time for a new adventure," Danzi said in a press release. The 24-year-old golfer has deals with marquee companies, including Under Armor, AT&T, Rolex, Coca-Cola, and Wheaties. Danzi, 42, served as vice president of IMG’s golf division for eight years before joining Wasserman Media Group for the next five years. In 2012, the year he signed Spieth, Danzi founded Forefront, which was then bought by Lagardère as the firm began expanding into golf.
