Footage emerged of a man, alleged to be Pickford, being restrained following an altercation in Sunderland. Pickford is said to have reacted after his fiancee was called a "fat c***", sparking a ruck with fellow revellers. Toffees chiefs are now investigating the video, which has been circulating online, and will hold talks with the England stopper. The Mail report that Pickford has been summoned to the club's Finch Farm training complex on Wednesday to discuss the matter. Northumbria Police are also investigating the incident involving the Three Lions goalkeeper.
