Coming in fourth on Trade Me’s most viewed-list was a 125-year-old church perched on Āwhitu Peninsula in Franklin that received 117,771 views. The sale price was not disclosed, but the asking price was $895,000 and Stuff understands the airport paid about $1.2m.
