The Jomoro district had been without a DCE after Mr. Eric Muah was rejected on three different occasions. Paul Essien, and other stakeholders for trusting him to lead the members in Jomoro District. The Western Regional Minister, Dr. Kwaku Afriyie, congratulated the DCE on his confirmation and charged him to work with all the people in the District.
