Jollibee Foods Corp. (JFC) is strengthening its digital initiatives this year to offer better customer experience. “There are a lot of plans to introduce some digital platforms,” JFC Vice President for Restaurant Systems Jon Villanueva said in a recent interview. This, as JFC plans to introduce a better digital payment platform, he added. The JFC official, however, stressed that these kiosks will never eliminate face-to-face transactions as other customers still prefer this. Apart from Jollibee brand, JFC was also looking forward to implementing the same system for Chowking and Burger King, Villanueva added.
