ISLAMABAD – The fourth joint training program on science, technology and innovation policies and tools for sustainable development in Pakistan and other Strip and Road countries was conducted by the Beijing University of Technology and Business (BTBU) in collaboration with collaboration with ECOSF. While delivering the opening statements, Prof. Dr. Manzoor Hussain Soomro, President of ECOSF, stressed that Science, Technology and Innovation (ITC) policies have shaped the world as it is today, so it is vital to deliberate on the right framework and strategies for developing ITC policies.
