Joint Norwegian-Ethiopian Conference Held on Health and Higher EducationNovember 30, 2016 - Conference on Health and Higher Education held at the Desalegn Hotel. The main objective of the conference was to promote Ethiopian-Norwegian collaborations within health and higher education as well as creating a space for relevant actors to meet and share experiences. The conference was hosted by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Addis Ababa, in collaboration with Oslo University Hospital. Many important institutions were present at the conference such as Oslo University Hospital, Haukeland University Hospital, Black Lion Hospital and Addis Ababa University, to mention just a few. Furthermore, the Norwegian Government has made global health one of its major priorities and is currently supporting numerous global health initiatives.
