Garissa Governor Nathif Jama has urged the youth to enroll in polytechnics to acquire technical skills relevant in the job market. Speaking during a graduation ceremony for 163 students at Garissa Youth Polytechnic, Jama said there was low enrolment at the three county-run polytechnics.
