KLUANG: Police have arrested two 18-year-olds for allegedly bullying a mentally disabled man at a community centre here. A 30-second video clip of the incident has since gone viral after it was uploaded on Kami Anak Jati Kluang, Johor Facebook page. Kluang OCPD Asst Comm Mohamed Laham said that one of teens had recorded the incident that occurred at about 8.30am on March 13. “The father brought the victim to lodge a report after watching the viral video,” he said in a statement here on Wednesday (March 14). ACP Mohamed said that police successfully detained the alleged bullies at around 11.10pm the same day at Taman Gunung Lambak.
