JOHOR BARU: Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar got to test drive the X70 - national car maker Proton's first ever sports utility vehicle (SUV) here. Sultan Ibrahim then test drives the Proton X70 Executive AWD 1.8 litre turbo gasoline direct injection (TGDI). His Majesty was also briefed on another Proton X70 model, which is the Premium 2WD 1.8 TGDI. Sultan Ibrahim has a passion for collecting old and new cars and motorcycles, which are all parked in garages within the palace grounds. The Proton X70 is expected to be launched later this year.
