Hundreds of women protested the SNP's failure to implement the Supreme Court ruling on gender - while John Swinney insisted his government has "taken the action that is necessary." The SNP Executive is currently fighting in court to allow men to stay in the female prison estate. It is the one-year anniversary of For Women Scotland's humiliating the Scottish Government at the Supreme Court, and a rally was outside Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, attended by hundreds of women. Campaign group Women Won't Wheesht wrote on X: "A huge thank you to the hundreds who turned up to support #OneYearLater.
