Now before the Government made this big announcement yesterday, I’d seen two reports about kids committing crimes here in Canterbury. These kids desperately need help to get back the thing they’ve lost – respect. They’ve lost respect for themselves. They’ve lost respect for their parents. They’ve lost respect for the police.
